- You’ll receive periodic updates and on-site reviews
- Your development supervisor remains your point of contact
Step 5: Blue-Tape Walkthrough & Closing Prep
- Meet your supervisor for a full walkthrough and review
- Any punch list items are addressed before closing
- Appraisal and final financing completed
Step 6: Closing & Move-In
- Final documents signed and keys delivered
- Sales team walks you through warranties and care details
- Take possession of your new home
